The BOY SCOUT LEADER SPECIFIC TRAINING (LST) course addresses the needs of adults who have recently accepted the responsibility of delivering the Scouting program to youth in a Boy Scout troop. This course is part of a new Scoutmaster or assistant Scoutmaster’s introduction to the Boy Scouts of America and to the responsibilities, opportunities, and resources that will ensure a successful troop leadership experience. LST is conducted in a “classroom lecture” format and is open to all registered adults.
This specific three evening course (3/3, 3/10 and 3/17) is being conducted by the Orange Frontier District and is open to any registered Scouter from any district and any council. Training materials & enthusiastic trainers are provided. Advanced registration is required, class size is limited and spots fill quickly.
