Santa Ana, CA- The Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America awarded Bob Westmyer with the William T. Hornaday Award for his contribution to natural resource conservation. Bob Westmyer was honored with the award at the Annual Recognition Dinner on March 30, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Garden Grove, CA.
Westmyer embarked on four year long conservation project called Arrowcorps5 which was implemented at five different national forests.
