Our Committee focuses on serving the needs of the Eagle Scouts of the Orange County Council of BSA in Orange County, California.We meet at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of the month at the OC BSA Headquarters, 1211 East Dyer Road, Santa Ana, CA 92705. | The Glenn A. and Melinda W. Adams National Eagle Scout Service Project of the Year (NESSPY) is an award given by the National Eagle Scout Association. The NESSPY is meant to “recognize valuable service of an exceptional nature by a Scout to a religious institution, a school, community, or other entity.” Win up to $2,500!
