Summer Policies & Procedures


Registration:

Click here to download the application and waiver forms.  Submit the forms with payment to the Newport Sea Base either in person, via facsimile (949) 650-5407 or via U.S. Mail. 

Methods of Payment:

Registration will not be accepted without full payment.  Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, Visa, Master-Card, Discover and American Express.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be given for written cancellations received two weeks prior to the start of class.  A $20 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. 

Parking:

Parking at the Newport Sea Base is limited.  Please carpool if possible.  Additional public parking is available at the Newport Beach City Parking Lot at the intersection of Tustin and Avon Street.  Allow 15 minutes walking time to the Newport Sea Base.

Proper Attire:

All classes require closed-to shoes (no sandals or roller shoes).  Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc.) is strongly encouraged.  Life jackets are provided for all aquatics classes.

Lunches:

If your child will be here all day, please send him/her with a lunch.  Leaving the facility for lunch is not permitted.

Week Change:

A change of class is allowed on a space available basis only.  A $10 administrative fee will apply if we are able to accomodate the change.
