
As part of Learning for Life's career education program for young men and women who are 14-20 years old, Exploring is a worksite-based program.
Exploring provides experiences to help young people mature and prepare to become responsible and caring adults.
Based on a dynamic relationship between youth and community organizations, Explorer Posts match business people and resources to the interests of young people. The result is a program of career specific activities that help teenagers pursue special interests, grow and develop.
Young adults involved in Exploring will:

Gain practical knowledge and experience in a career

Engage in activities centered on career opportunities, life skills, citizenship, character development and leadership experience to encourage the development of the whole person

Take on leadership roles

Learn in a supportive, caring and enjoyable environment.
